Cell mast dangers exposed by British military intelligence scientist

It is a proven fact that exposure to microwave radiation from cellphone and Wi-Fi masts can cause cancer, suicidal tendencies, impaired judgment, fatigue, lowered immunity and neurological damage.
So said retired British military intelligence scientist Barrie Trower, who completed a brief visit to South Africa and Fourways last week warning communities on the lurking danger behind microwave radiation.
“If any cell or Wi-Fi company tells you there is no proof that their masts are harmful, they are lying. Just point them back to their own research,” said Trower.
Interestingly, he explained that one of the biggest studies done into the effects of microwave exposure was done by the mobile industry itself, known as the Ecolog Study. It proved without a doubt that cellphone radiation can initiate and promote cancer, damage DNA and alter sleep patterns, among a host of other ailments.
Take a drive around the northern suburbs and count the number of cellphone and Wi-Fi masts and this information becomes more than a little concerning. Particularly the Parkhurst area where there are proposals for the erection of at least two cellphone masts.
“Three studies have shown that mitochondrial DNA, which is passed from mother to daughter and on down the female line, is being permanently damaged by radiation. This leads to genetic diseases like Down’s syndrome and cystic fibrosis. This genetic damage can never be repaired.”
Trower also explained it is a fact that children are more susceptible to the effects of microwave radiation, which have harmful effects on their developing immune systems.
After succumbing to a number of ailments linked to radiation, founder of the Electromagnetic Radiation Research Foundation of SA Tracey-Lee Dorney said she and her family were forced to move out of their home after the I-burst tower was erected nearby. She and other foundation members are now conducting research projects into radiation. One of these projects is taking place at a local school which recently put Wi-Fi technology into the classrooms.
“We are already picking up several cases of skin rashes and general ill-health among the pupils and staff,” said Dorney.
The Gazette asked spokesman of the Gauteng Department of Health Mandla Sidu whether the department was aware of the effects of cellphone tower radiation, and if there were any restrictions in place.
“Not that I know of,” he said. “This sounds like an expert’s field at a higher level of government.”
